Before spending, please seek advice on the #spending channel on Slack. The amount of the expense and who it affects will determine how much advice to seek. E.g. if you need to buy new paper for the printer then just check with one person, if you are paying for a contract for an expensive new operations tracking software then you should check with multiple people, including those in the relevant departments.
