At Transak we operate a flexible holiday policy. You are free to choose when you take holiday and what amount you might take. If you are taking less than 20 days per year then it's probably not enough and more than 30 is probably too much (although there can be exceptions to this). Rules:

• Inform your team when you will be taking holiday and give everyone enough notice (at least a week of notice if you're taking a day or more and at least a month of notice if taking a week or more of holiday)
• Make sure that your responsibilities are covered whilst you are away (e.g. ops schedule)
• Try not to leave unfinished work that leaves others waiting in order to complete their tasks
